- Barrel and screw Nitro Alloy with bi-metal type for longer working
life.
- Screw has internal closed loop heat balancing system by means of
distilled water
- The harden and ground gear box is made with German technology.
- Lubricating pump with Heat Exchanger, oil filter and oil flow
indicator are provided for force lubrication of Thrust Gear box.
The gears and bearings are forced lubricated. Gear box lube oil is
circulated in a closed loop through heat exchanger to maintain
optimum oil temperature in gearbox.
- Vacuum degassing system along with dust collector having bypass
system & Vacuum pump.
- Extruder mounted on rigid structural steel frame.
- Quantitative feeding system with twin screw structure to avoid
stagnant material.
- Plug & Socket for Die head heating zones, Connecting head & Melt

1. Pvc-Extruder-Machine / Parallel Double Screw Extruder Machine
For Pelletizing Pipe And Profile Installation and debugging
When the machine arrives at site, the customer should install it on
the appropriate position according to the specifications provided
by the supplier; and then the supplier should send its engineers to
the site if requirement approved,in order to instruct the customer
about trial run and debugging. The customer should provide
necessary conditions for trial run and provide materials for trial
run, and should decide the processing conditions in trial run with
consideration of the supplier's opinions.
1) The price covers the pre-commissioning of the machinery before
shipment at Seller's site. The Seller is obliged to test the
performance of machinery.
2) The Buyer is obliged to provide suitable space, tools and
manpower for the commissioning of the order.
3) This Price does not included commission and installation in
buyer’s factory.
2. Pvc-Extruder-Machine / Parallel Double Screw Extruder Machine
For Pelletizing Pipe And Profile Debugging charge
The buyer pays for the plane ticket of round-trip abroad and food
and accommodation of buyer’s country during debugging. And the wage
of technicians should be paid by the customer (100USD/day).
